When did you become unhappy with your Weight Loss Blogs?
After the birth of my 2nd son, I had a lot of trouble losing the weight I had gained from both of my pregnancies, and kind of just gave up and dealt with the fact that I was going to be heavy.
What made you decide to Weight Loss Blogs?
September of 2013, when my 6 year old son made a comment. He asked why I had 3 sets of "boobs", meaning my breasts, my middle roll and my lower roll. It was then that I decided to do something about it, and have not looked back since then.
What were the most important changes you made to Weight Loss Blogs?
I made a complete lifestyle change that consisted of changing to a clean eating lifestyle. I do not eat processed food, white flour, refined sugar or food with added sugar. I now eat 5-6 small meals per day spaced 2.5 to 3.5 hours apart, instead of eating 3 large meals per day.

What was most challenging about losing Weight Loss Blogs?
I truthfully think that the hardest thing to overcome was myself. As with most people, I was my own worst enemy. I also learned I was too important to give up on myself. After only a few weeks everything was like second nature to me.
How long did it take you to start to see Weight Loss Blogs results?
My first weigh in, which was a week after I started I had already lost 10 pounds. After that it was about 3-4 weeks until I really noticed my pants were fitting much looser.
How long did it take for you to reach your current Weight Loss Blogs?
It took me 1 year, from September 2013 to September 2014 to lose the weight.

How long have you maintained your Weight Loss Blogs and how do you do it?
I have been consistently maintaining my weight since September 2014. The most important factor that helps me is staying true to a clean eating lifestyle.
What keeps you motivated to continue your Weight Loss Blogs success?
Being healthy for my children is my biggest motivator. Secondly, the fact that I have multiple sclerosis and I have had great improvement since changing my lifestyle.
How has your life changed now that you've Weight Loss Blogs?
I am much more comfortable in my own skin. I now take pride in myself and my appearance. I have been told by many people that I am an inspiration to them and have helped others lose weight. I have also been a guest on the Dr. Oz Show talking about my weight loss journey.

Do you have any advice for others who are trying to Weight Loss Blogs?
Understand that it may not be easy but it is possible. Weight loss takes hard work, determination, sweat and sometimes tears but just don't give up.

I became unhappy in June of 2013.
What made you decide to lose weight?
I wanted to look and feel better.
What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
Eating habits and exercise. Quitting alcohol entirely was very important. I wrote a 5 part series for ShapeFit about Weight Loss Blogs N°20 | Corinne Lost 116 Pounds

500 reps of various floor exercises
100 reps of twists with resistance
Cardiovascular:
Only about 25% of my fitness program consists of cardiovascular training. I do elevation stair climbing and trail hiking. My cardio is low impact with no running and I don't touch my heels when descending stairs.

weight loss success stories When did you become unhappy with your weight loss blogs?
When wasn't I unhappy with my weight? I was obese from the time I turned 10 years old and although my weight went up and down through the years, I rarely dropped below 175 lbs.

When I had my son I hated the mother I was becoming. I was always too tired and too out of shape to keep up with him. I didn't want to be one of those moms who plopped their kid in front of the TV with a pop tart because I was too lazy and out of shape to go outside and play. I also lost two grandparents to cancer around this time. Seeing them pass the way they did was a total wake up call. If I didn't do something about my health, I was going to die just like they did...too young!

weight loss success storiesExercise, first. My food choices, second. I exercised in some form everyday for a long time. Eventually I started training for 1/2 marathons and triathlons. I was having so much fun and the weight was coming off. Through the training I learned a lot about eating right, proportionately, and timely.

It would have to be going out to eat. I love going out and it took me a long time to figure out how to enjoy a meal out with derailing my training and dieting efforts.

I noticed results within the first two months. My clothes were getting loser and my stamina was exploding. That is the biggest thing I noticed...I was excited and motivated to move!

It took me a year and half to reach 145. Over this last year I have lost 10 more pounds through weight training and eating pretty clean.
weight loss success stories How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do it?
I've been in official maintenance for a year and a half. I journal my food each day on a blog, I keep a detailed exercise schedule, I always keep something on my calendar to train for, and I don't allow junk in my house. If I shouldn't eat it, then neither should my family.

The biggest change is that I became a personal trainer through this. I never would have thought this would be my life, but motivating other women to do as I have done is rewarding. I love what I do!

I have learned so many new exercises through this site. For me and my clients I am always looking for a great new exercise to challenge our muscles. This site is awesome with it's articles, but the exercise examples are the best. ShapeFit has excellent exercise clips and descriptions. I find their moves innovative, accurate, and professionally done. I love coming to this site for inspiration.

Five days a week at 10:00 a.m. Different body part each day. I typically super and triple set my workouts. It takes about 45 minutes to complete.

45-60 minutes of cardio (treadmill, kickboxing) at 6:00 a.m. If I have less time I will do high intensity cardio, but I typically keep it moderate to high.
